The roaster has been renewed and an oven has been added for hot air roasting with fume blast chiller and recirculation, which can be modulated both in automatic and manual mode. The plant consists of: control panel with PLC, methane gas burner with cyclone and film container equipped with rotary valve and discharged parts container, covered cooling tank with cyclone and film container and film collection container, destoner with tank equipped with analog scale for yield controls.
